About the Position: This position is for Dir of Administration at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu Hawaii.A locality rate of 22.21% has been authorized for Hawaii. A cost-of-living allowance has been authorized for Hawaii at the rate of 8.64% (subject to change).

Specialized Experience for GS12: One year of specialized experience which includes gathering workload statistics associated with workflow, manpower status, commercial activity and pay studies to assist managers with effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process for a medical treatment facility; collaborate with human resource service center personnel and managers on the request process and placement of employees within a medical treatment facility; utilize automated tools to identify staffing levels , prepare reports; and advise on recruitment requirements for an organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
