Requirements:
To qualify for the Printing Officer, PG - 1654 - 14 , you must meet the following requirements:To qualify for the Printing Officer, PG-14, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the PG-13 grade level in the Federal Service that includes:
- Providing continuous oversight and guidance through subordinates on all aspects of printing, production, and employee matters.
- Developing strategic and operational plans to adapt to changing technology and priorities.
- Making decisions related to manpower, equipment, and improvements within a production environment, and
- Coordinating, planning, and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure manufacturing and production deadlines are met
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
