Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
One year specialized experience directly related to the duties described above which includes experience with finance and accounting principles by interpreting financial reports (i.e. balance sheets, income statements); interpreting business reports (i.e. inventory reports); developing solutions to complex managerial issues based on analysis; and utilizing Microsoft suite to produce complex data reports, such as pivot tables, databases, etc.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for specialized experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.

HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
1) Experience with standard office software, such as databases, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
2) Understanding of the substantive nature of Army Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) operating programs interrelationships and funding channels.
3) Skill with comprehending and analyzing financial statements.
4) Experience with Power Platform and/or Power Apps, with strengths in Power BI; data visualization skills.
5) Knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
6) Skill with acquiring data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining dashboard/reports.
7) Possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, accounting, Finance, or Information Management disciplines, or a relevant field.
8) Possess or in the process of completing FM certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) and/or Data Analytics certification.
9) Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods and techniques and understanding of basic statistical principles and techniques, and knowledge of the methods used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information.
10) Knowledge of management principles, practices, and techniques to provide services to the organization, analyze data and information, recommend improvements in procedures and policies.
