Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated knowledge of overall mission, functions, organization, objectives, procedures, and their relationship to the administrative support activities of the Family and MWR. Detail knowledge of the Army MWR programs to include NAF budgets and financial statements, procurement, and supply operations. Priority will be given to those who have working knowledge of standard NAF Management Information Systems (e.g., RecTrac, TLMS, FMBS, SMIRF, ALPMS, SNACS, etc.). Comprehensive oral communication skills and analytical writing skills.
HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
1) Working knowledge of standard NAF Management Information Systems (e.g., RecTrac, TLMS, FMBS, SMIRF, ALPMS, SNACS, etc.).
2) Minimum of three (3) years of extensive experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), and Citibank Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) system, including the ability to generate and interpret Citibank reports.
3) Experience with Microsoft 365 products, with an emphasis on Excel, Access, and Power BI.
