This announcement will be used to fill vacancies for various FMWR facilities on Fort Wainwright to include: Birch Hill, Chena Bend Golf Course and Community Activity Center.Up to 25% recruitment and/or retention incentive may be authorized for positions offering at least a guarantee of 10 hours per week.

Requirements:
- Must meet state/local age (21) requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment.
- Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages.
- Able to work alone.
- Know the proper use of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Know simple food handling techniques.
- Able to work safely.
- Able to serve uniform individual portions and avoid distractions when several guests ask for different items at the same time.
- Able to use simple arithmetic.
