Summary
The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Services Project Manager will be a strategic thinker who will organize and execute efficiency and expansion projects, in addition to other tasks.
You will work cross-functionally, across the Drug Rebate organization, the Pharmacy Center of Excellence, and with technology teams to create and communicate standardized SOPs, best practices, reporting, and outcomes. You will need to be able to understand Drug Rebate processes, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop effective product and program strategies. You will need to work with technical teams, provide requirements and oversee critical projects to completion.

This position is 100% remote, up to 20% travel to support key client meetings.

- Responsible for creating and leading project plans and reporting out on progress

- Work with Account Directors to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Requires flexibility and prioritization skills
- Liaise with subject matter experts regarding industry best practices, process improvement and customer service to maintain state-of-the-art operations center
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc client requests as required
- Assist and/or lead projects as needed
- Able to understand and navigate complex projects
- Coordinating related programs and projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals.
- Taking a broader perspective to ensure the entire program is completed and aligned with the organization's goals.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, a related field or proven PBM experience
- 5+ years of managed care or Medicaid experience preferred
- 10+ years of project management
- Strong MS Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate expectations clearly, provide ongoing direction, and feedback
- Excellent organizational skills - ability to track and prioritize multiple projects on an ongoing basis
- Experience with Medicaid pharmacy claims processing, and Medicaid drug rebate preferred
- Ability to multi-task, trouble shoot and prioritize all functions and responsibilities

- Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills for interacting with and influencing team members, clients, thought leaders, and globally recognized subject matter experts
