seeking a Payroll Coordinator w/ PeopleSoft for a Contract-to-Hire, Hybrid opportunity based in Arlington, TX. The Payroll Coordinator w/ PeopleSoft will specialize in the meticulous management of semi-monthly payroll operations using PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft is an absolute must for this role. A qualified candidate will have professional working experience with PeopleSoft. This pivotal role involves ensuring the precise calculation and processing of payroll for nearly 2000 employees.

Responsibilities include accurately computing pay adjustments for new hires and terminations, issuing manual checks, and handling garnishments, child support, and tax levy orders. The coordinator must adhere strictly to federal, state, and local regulations governing compensation and taxes, collaborating closely with Human Resources to uphold company policies. Proficiency in running queries within PeopleSoft to address payroll inquiries is essential. Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct is paramount in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company s success.

This position may require overtime and occasional overnight travel to fulfill its duties effectively.
