As a Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful Salesforce implementation and customization, specifically within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce Functional Expertise:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions to meet client business needs.

  • Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Provide functional specifications for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct gap analysis to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption.
  • Sales Cloud Expertise:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with customer sales processes.
  • Implement features like opportunity management, lead management, forecasting, reports, and dashboards.
  • Design and manage automation using tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
  • Marketing Cloud Expertise:
  • Work with the Marketing Cloud to develop and implement marketing automation strategies, including email campaigns, journey building, and audience segmentation.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Set up and manage data extensions, create email templates, and implement customer journeys.
