Job Details
Senior UX Designer
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX and Product Design Lead to create innovative, user-centered solutions that enhance education technology integration. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of technology solutions that empower parents, teachers, schools, and district leaders to focus on student success. The UX Designer will work under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee UX/UI designs to ensure they align with user experience best practices and agency-wide standards.
- Translate research into user stories, requirements, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct user testing and outreach to ensure products meet end-user needs.
- Collaborate with product teams and key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on design solutions and rationale.
- Work closely with internal and external teams of product designers, developers, and product managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

| 2 | Preferred | Experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency. |
