Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Fusion HCM to support and enhance our HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Work as a techno-functional consultant, handling both technical development and functional configuration.
  • Develop and customize reports, integrations, and extensions using tools like HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and OTBI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fusion HCM modules.
  • Support data migration, integrations, and security setup within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Work closely with HR teams to understand business requirements and optimize system capabilities.
  • Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and Oracle support to resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Develop test plans and scripts to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and HR teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Compensation).
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
  • Strong knowledge of HCM security roles, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Experience in Fusion HCM data migration, integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), and reporting.
  • Ability to work in onsite environments, directly collaborating with HR and IT teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PaaS extensions.
  • Knowledge of Taleo, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Learning Management.
  • Prior experience working with large enterprises on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and HR process automation.
