Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Fusion HCM to support and enhance our HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Work as a techno-functional consultant, handling both technical development and functional configuration.
- Develop and customize reports, integrations, and extensions using tools like HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and OTBI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fusion HCM modules.
- Support data migration, integrations, and security setup within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Work closely with HR teams to understand business requirements and optimize system capabilities.
- Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and Oracle support to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Develop test plans and scripts to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and HR teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Compensation).
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Strong knowledge of HCM security roles, workflows, and approval processes.
- Experience in Fusion HCM data migration, integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), and reporting.
- Ability to work in onsite environments, directly collaborating with HR and IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PaaS extensions.
- Knowledge of Taleo, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Learning Management.
- Prior experience working with large enterprises on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and HR process automation.
