Description:
This is a National Guard Title 5 Excepted Service Position.This is an Indefinite GS-0301-09 AIRMAN AND FAMILY READINESS SPECIALIST (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5303P02 and is part of the MO 131st Bomb Wing. This is a bargaining position.

Requirements:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possesses experience, education or training that provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management and administration; the ability to compile reports and memoranda; ability to provide technical guidance and assistance in the type of work; and experience using computer and automation systems.GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-08 grade level or equivalent that provided knowledge of principles, policies, program goals and methodology of the National Guard quality of life programs; ability to provide briefings and orientations; ability to collect, evaluate and disseminate information and assess strengths, weaknesses, and needs of serviced populations; and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
