RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of an Agile Coach in Houston, TX. This will require a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and facilitate Scrum of Scrums to improve cross-team alignment, dependency management, and delivery flow * Establish and support enterprise risk tracking and monitoring * Drive quarterly planning by domain, aligning priorities, capacity, and outcomes * Define and reinforce Enterprise Standards of Execution * Implement and coach on Team Health Metrics
