This position is located in the Medical Media Service of the VA Medical Center in Dallas, TX.Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS GS-12: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level. Related experience includes such duties as: leading and managing a visual information team; assigning/prioritizing work; conducting performance evaluations; mentoring staff to elevate craft and delivery; overseeing end-to-end production for multi-channel visual campaigns (print, digital, social, video, motion, and UX/UI); setting timelines, milestones, and quality assurance gates; ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery; managing staff resources, budget, and contracts; coordinating with stakeholders and vendors; utilizing metrics/analytics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. This experience must be detailed in your resume to receive credit.You will be rated on the following Competencies as part of the assessment questionnaire for this position:

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Physical Requirements: The work situation may require standing long periods of time, working on location under a variety of climate conditions, working in sterile and isolation environments, and lifting moderately heavy audiovisual equipment.
