Requirements:
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Have work experience directly related to the duties to be performed.
- Be able to understand oral English and read and understand written instructions in English to assure safe and satisfactory performance (reading chemical labels, operating instructions, assignments, etc.).
- Have experience driving lawn tractors, and using tools and equipment normally found in maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Have the ability to perform a variety of laborer, custodial, gardening, driving, and park maintenance duties with minimal supervision.
- Know how to spread fertilizer evenly to prevent underfeeding or burning of plants.
- Have experience in operating the vehicles/equipment listed, performing operator's maintenance, and complying with safety and traffic rules and regulations.
