Requirements:
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.A qualified candidate must possess the following:
1. Three or more years of progressive, professional management catering experience with a high volume catering facility that provide an upscale dining experience.
2. Candidates must demonstrate an extensive background in beverage service, table service, and managing events.
3. Candidates are to have a strong background in leadership and be results orientated.
4. The ability to be resourceful, make sound judgments and good decisions is desired. Excellent communication, organizational, office automation skills are required.
