JOB DESCRIPTION: PC Technician Duties: **Position will be 100% onsite** M-F: 8-5 **Work environment is mostly based in the office but could be requested to support on the plant for regarding network connections, printer hardware, operating systems, etc. ** Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements
