Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract position opening for an M365 Administrator resource with our public sector industry client located in Austin, TX.This resource will work onsite 4 to 5 days/week. Role: M365 Administrator Key Activities/Responsibilities: User Support: Issue resolution and support for all M365 services.Troubleshoot system issues, and knowledgeable utilizing Office 365 tools.Escalation point, for complex technical issues unresolved by Service Desk.
