Under the direction of the WIC Technology Administration Director, the Lead WIC Business Analyst (BA) provides day-to-day direction to assigned staff and works closely with both technical and non-technical staff to plan, assess and document requirements. The Lead BA is responsible for creating and implementing a project plan that includes business and gap analysis work that supports the WIC MIS system and results in system requirement documentation.Responsibilities include tracking and reporting
