Description:
This position is located with the NAF Financial Management Office on Fort Wainwright, Alaska.This position is eligible for 1.49% COLA (subject to change without notice).

Requirements:
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Must have semi-independent work experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
- Ability to organize and communicate through written correspondence and oral communication.
- Working knowledge of principles, practices and methods of budget formulation.
- Ability to type and operate a personal computer.
- Knowledge of operation and functions of personal computers to provide problem solving resolution and service to users
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following will be considered Highly Preferred.
- Knowledge of Nonappropriated Fund practices, regulations, and guidance materials and NAF Small Purchases.
