RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an AWS Connect Solutions Engineer. The Engineer will configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect, and will also integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
