You will serve as a PERFORMANCE ASSESSEMENT REPRESENTATIVE in the Public Works Departments of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administer contract by monitoring contracting officer representative's feedback, contractor performance, and enforcing contractor compliance with contract requirements; 2) Plan, define, develop, and document quality requirements for products, services, processes, and systems that are suitable to the activity, proportional to the risk, and consistent with established Agency guidance, practices, and standards; 3) Utilizes various types of contracts, techniques for contracting or procurement, and contract negotiation and administration; 4) Analyzes proposals received from vendors for supplies or services to determine if the purchase will be from a responsible source at a fair and reasonable price; and 5) Performs a thorough assessment of the direct and indirect costs leading to the final price of the product or service.
