POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES To provide expert, advanced technical skills necessary to organize and perform general supervision and histocompatibility testing for organ and stem transplantation, platelet transfusion and disease risk analysis; and chimerism/monitoring engraftment. Responsible for supervising and performing HLA antibody analysis, flow cross matching, molecular tissue typing, molecular chimerism analysis and other histocompatibility testing procedures.
