Description: Our client is looking to add a Business Analyst on an existing project. This BA will be working alongside some Process Engineers to help evaluate and enhance existing controls across the Fraud Disputes program for the bank. The BA will have exposure to working on up to 100 types of controls. The bank is looking for enhancements that might be low-tech all the way to AI automation features (crawl - walk - run).
