This position is located within Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation at Lone Star Conference Center. As part of our dynamic events team, you'll help deliver exceptional experiences for military and community gatherings. Requirements:
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment.
- Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- Currently possess a valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification.
- Prior experience working with RecTrac systems in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years' experience crafting a diverse range of cocktails, including both simple classics and complex specialty drinks.
