About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Resource Management, Logistics, Property Management at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), which is on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.Tripler Army Medical Center is a tobacco-free workplace. Tobacco products include, but are not limited to, smoking, smokeless tobacco, and electronic nicotine delivery devices.

Specialized Experience GS-13: One year of specialized experience which includes providing engineering support and staff oversight; developing space planning documents for buildings and/or installations; developing programming and budgetary documentation for medical treatment facility construction projects; verifying work is compliant with established engineering policies or regulations; and monitoring the overall implementation and completion of projects.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
