This position will be assigned to the Air Force Services Center at Port San Antonio, TX.This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hrs. per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Requires a bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting or proven experience with cash operations, treasury management, account analysis, and banking systems. Demonstrated experience with evaluating data related to cash/bank statement reconciliation, financial analysis, and internal control policies. Experience leading relationships with customers and a team, multi-tasking, and being self-directed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
- Experience with project/program administration is desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and presentations efficiently and accurately.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and articulate complex topics into simple, clear correspondence throughout the organization.
- Ability to work accurately, with interruptions, while meeting deadlines.
