Job Description: Responsibilities: Implementation and configuration of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. Analyze business requirement and design WFM solutions that align with organizational goals. Ensure seamless integration with SAP HCM (Time Management, Payroll) and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Design and manage real-time and batch integrations between ADP WFM, SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Work with APIs, middleware (such as SAP integration suite or Dell Boomi), and file-based interface
