Job Description This Telecom Engineer will join a team of 2 others who support our client. They will be responsible for troubleshooting anything telecommunications related for the organization. They will must have experience with Cisco voice products such as UCCX, Jabber, and on perm systems, the whole Cisco collaboration suite. They will take tickets 10-15 tickets per day via ServiceNow.
