PROGRAM ANALYST

Description:

This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command.

It is in the Professional Work Category at the Entry/ Developmental Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA JT OPERATIONAL C2 TEST BRANCH.

Requirements:

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.

Specialized Experience:

For the GS-09 , you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-07 if outside the Federal service.

Specialized experience at the GS-09 level is defined as experience : Experience applying instructions, guidance, and policies to support division's projects.

For the GS-11 , you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-09 if outside the Federal service.

Specialized experience at the GS-11 level is defined as : Experience with planning and conducting comprehensive program management studies and evaluations of various aspects of division operations, tracking government/reimbursable labor trends, projects program funding requirements, and managing division acquisitions.

For the GS-12 , you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-11 if outside the Federal service.

Specialized experience at the GS-12 level is defined as experience providing contracting and funding expertise to all division tasks and acts as primary point of contact for division contracting, budget activities and Knowledge Management (KM) for the division.
