Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 13+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, business analysis, and QA. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Financial Cloud). Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical BA in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of customer service workflows and omnichannel communication. Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning, Genesys Cloud, Guidewire, BMC Helix, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.
