Food Service Worker

Description:

This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the CDC Annex on JBSA Ft. Sam Houston, TX.

This is a Flexible category position with 00 hrs. guaranteed per week. You will be scheduled as needed.

This position frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Continuous standing, walking, frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling and bending. May be required to work on ladders and use powered cleaning equipment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA'S)
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills and abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Must be able to follow simple oral instructions, be able to use hand tools for cleaning, and operate simple machines.
2. Must be skilled in doing tasks with several steps and using judgement in sequencing tasks.
3. Knowledge of sanitation standards for handling and serving food, and cleaning equipment and work area.
