Requirements:
- Law degree.
- 5 years legal experience as a licensed and practicing attorney.
- Exceptionally strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent legal research abilities.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong legal analytical skills.
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good business acumen.
- Ability to work independently with sense of urgency, responsibility and fairness.
