Summary: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade personal computer hardware systems (desktop and laptop), software, peripheral equipment, and production manufacturing computer systems. Create process and procedure documentation, update service desk entries, and provide computer support in person, via phone, or remotely.
