Job Responsibilities Advanced troubleshooting for client s employees: hardware break fixes, network print solutions (desktop/laptop, printer, mobile device, and network peripherals). Providing technical support for local and remote users Configuration and Deployment of Windows and iOS computers Prepare, ship and receive computers and accessories. Maintain stockroom inventory and ensure all assets are accounted for. Assist with procurement of new hardware and the proper disposal of aged hardware.
