RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Mobile and Desktop Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities: * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms * Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices for new and existing employees * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, both remotely and on-site * Manage mobile device
