Level Description The Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of a PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be part of a dedicated CAPPS Financials upgrade project team. The Business Analyst must have a solid understanding of PeopleSoft eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, OR Asset Management modules.
