Requirements:

GENERAL EXPERIENCE is experience, education, or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience which is directly related to the position to be filled and which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position.

To qualify for this GS-11 position, you must meet the Specialized Experience, Education, or a combination of both as described below:

Specialized Experience - Must have at least 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade, GS-09. Must have experience, education, or training which includes identifying activities involving logistical support operations. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions. Exercises knowledge and application of Department of Army (DA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), National Guard Bureau (NGB), and state ARNG directives, policies and procedures, subsistence handling, storage, and sanitation methodology, plus food prime vendor food service ordering system, in addition to basic subsistence accounting procedures. Maintains oversight of daily, weekly, monthly, and long term system requirements, ARNG Readiness Center equipment modifications, and requirements to meet current workload demands. Budgets for subsistence operations and subsistence requirements, including operational ration ceilings. Assists and coordinates with functional specialists in the identification of operational requirements and the conversion of these requirements into automated systems documentation.

Education - Possess a Ph.D, an equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. NOTE: In order to be considered for this position using education as a basis of qualification, you must submit a copy of your transcripts.

OR

Combination -
A combination of Specialized Experience and Education as described above. Only graduate education in excess of that required for a Master's degree or equivalent may be used when combining education and experience to meet the total qualification requirements. NOTE: In order to qualify for this position using a combination of experience and education, you must submit a copy of your transcripts.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
