Headquarters Technician Summary: The company is replacing (refreshing) current desktops and/or laptops with new desktops and/or laptops at various locations. Work may include hardware moves, add or changes of hardware for the end-user community as part of the refresh. Refresh support may consist of imaging PCs, installing software, and/or staging equipment for deploying to users. The Technician may be required to work in the company's ticketing system (DASH).
