RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Mediation Device Engineer. In this role, the Engineer will provide dedicated customer (internal/external) focus and will deal with escalations and multiple installation projects/priorities simultaneously. REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced level knowledge of Cisco Routers & Switches * Experience and knowledge in troubleshooting layer 2 and 3 routing and switching issues * Technical leadership and experience during high visibility outage
