Description The Telecom Red Phones project includes pulling the Customer Service Record (CSR), identifying Centrex and Copper Lines, validating/ testing existing Red Phones, documenting non existing red phone, submitting work orders, complete new installs or upgrades, and completing the disconnection process for old numbers/circuits.
