GC 12+ years of Hands-on experience supporting Red Hat Linux (6/7/8/9) Experience on supporting HP, Dell x86 hardware platform. Experience on supporting LEAPP in-place upgrade Duties include 9x5 incident (weekday/weekend) support, triage LEAPP upgrade failures, rollback of LEAPP upgrade. root cause analysis, and escalation of critical issues, execution of scheduled activities.
