About the Position: This position is for Administrative Support Assistant, GS-0303-07 with US Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Operations Division, Piney Woods Regional Office.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience : One year of specialized experience which includes performing at least two out of the following three areas: Maintaining a budget for an office completing tasks such as pulling financial reports and procurement of office supplies, OR 2) Performing administrative support duties to include timekeeping, travel arrangements, or personnel actions; OR 3) Utilizing automated systems and programs to for correspondence, file maintenance, creating and pulling reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

OR

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
