This position is located at Chinook Winds Bar & Grill on Fort Greely, Alaska.Up to 25% recruitment and/or retention incentive may be authorized for positions offering at least a guarantee of 10 hours per week.

Requirements:
- Must meet state/local age requirements (21) for the serving of alcohol at the time of appointment.
- Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds.
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff.
- Applies simple arithmetic in calculating bills and making change.
- Ability to recognize intoxicated and unruly patrons and take necessary remedial action.
- Skill in recognizing impending shortages of inventory.
